The work was done in a timely manner and everything was left clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was great which I really appreciated. Would recommend Infinity for your security needs. Jo and Luke are very pleasant and hard working, only stopping for lunch. They went through the systems thoroughly, making sure it all worked and that we knew what we were doing. They made sure that we had their phone number for any problems that we might have while we get used to the new system.
The apps seem straight forward and the cameras are so much better than our doorbell camera.
Communication was excellent from first contact to leaving when they had finished

We needed to upgrade our old alarm system following a recent security scare and after contacting them on Facebook, Joe replied immediately and set a date and time to give a quote.
The quote was reasonable and fair and we were more than happy to proceed.
We changed our minds a few times about which doors and windows were needing secured as well as changing settings on the app.

After calling a few security firms,Joe at Infinity was the only one who called me straight back,a meeting was arranged that afternoon and i was signed up and happy with my quote. 2 weeks later joe and his lovely brother arrived on time and got to work without any inconvenience to me,although i was home i could have safely left them as they were so polite and just got on with the job and cleaned up after.. Cameras fitted excellent quality and the price was good and instructions given perfectly and not a wire to be seen all very professional.. i would totally recommend this firm and i am over the moon with the service,just one piece of advice,they take one sugar in their coffee😊- Yaz
